Breasy Inc. (“Breasy,” “we,” “us”) provides work-order and field operations software for property managers, market managers, and service providers. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Breasy mobile app, web products, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone number, company, and role needed to create and manage your account.
• Work-order content — job details, addresses, notes, quotes, completion records, and photos you submit through the app or web forms.
• Device & usage — app version, device type, crash logs, and basic diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.
• Communications — messages you send to support or that are logged for a work order (for example call summaries or SMS related to jobs).

How we use information

• Operate and improve Breasy products and support.
• Coordinate work orders between property managers, market managers, and service providers.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Send service-related notices (not third-party marketing).
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

Sharing

We share information with the organizations you work with on a job (for example your Market Manager or property manager), and with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, communications, analytics). We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

We retain account and work-order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet business or legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account by emailing info@joinbreasy.com or maintenance@joinbreasy.com. Device notification settings can be changed in your phone’s system settings.

Children

Breasy is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
